In my last post, we saw how to  sign-up for "Always Free" Oracle Cloud Tier . In this post, we will set up an Autonomous Transaction Processing Database. 1. Jump to  https://cloud.oracle.com/home  and click on Sign in to Cloud . 2. Enter your Cloud Account Name and click Next. 3. Enter your username and password and click on Sign In to sign in to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Console. 4. On the OCI console home page, select Autonomous Transaction Processing from the navigation menu. 5. You will be landed on the Autonomous Database console page. This console shows all the Autonomous Database that you previously created. Click on Create Autonomous Database  to create a database instance.   6.
